Volunteer Management Masterclass (Advanced Session)

This interactive online workshop will help you:

·         Explain what is going well about your volunteer program and identify any #

challenges.

·         Understand key aspects involved required in a volunteer strategy.

·         Identify ways of developing and strengthening volunteer retention.

·         Take part in an action learning exercise to work on key issues relating to your

volunteering program.
